We’re Growing Our Team at The Bungalow
Over the past few years, something important has been growing at The Bungalow.
What began as a place to come together has become a space where young people feel they belong — where relationships are built, confidence grows, and young people begin to shape their own futures.
As we move into a new chapter, supported by five years of National Lottery funding, we are now growing our team.
A different way of working
Working at The Bungalow is not about delivering programmes.
It’s about being present.
It’s about building trust.
It’s about working alongside young people as they grow.
Young people arrive as they are — and our role is to create the conditions where they feel safe enough to be themselves, to connect, and to find their place.
Current opportunities
We are currently recruiting for:
- Lead Youth Support Worker
- Senior Youth Support Worker
- Trainee Youth Manager
Each role plays a different part in the team, but all are rooted in the same values — relationships, consistency, and belief in young people.

You don’t need to have worked in youth work before.
